According to local sources, at least three Afghan-Taliban installations along the border were hit; they also reported seeing aerial attacks and drones.
Four Pakistani security officials were injured and at least four were killed in the attack.According to reports, around ten citizens were taken to a hospital in Chaman.

On Wednesday, Afghanistan's Spin Boldak released a video showing dense black smoke billowing from the bombing site.
Tensions have increased and hundreds of people are stranded as a result of the tragic weekend conflicts between the two nations.
Afghan forces attacked several Pakistani military installations on the evening of October 11, sparking the start of the conflict between the two nations.
Afghanistan officials said they killed 58 Pakistani soldiers for allegedly repeatedly violating Afghan airspace and territory, according to The Associated Press.
AP quoted Pakistan’s military as saying that it lost 23 soldiers and killed more than 200 “Taliban and affiliated terrorists" during retaliatory fire along the border.
All border crossings with Pakistan remained blocked for commercial and people travel on Monday, according to border police spokesperson Abidullah Uqab in Afghanistan.

Authorities temporarily permitted some 1,500 Afghan nationals who had been stranded at the southwestern Chaman border crossing since Sunday to walk back home, despite the gate being closed to trade.
Tensions have been high since last week when Afghanistan’s Taliban government accused Pakistan of carrying out airstrikes in the Afghan capital, Kabul, and in a market in eastern Afghanistan.
The countries have skirmished along the border in the past. However, the latest fighting has been the deadliest so far and underscored their deepening hostility.
Pakistan has long accused Kabul of sheltering members of the banned Pakistani Taliban, known as Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan, or TTP, which Islamabad blames for deadly attacks inside the country.
Pakistan had previously launched strikes inside Afghanistan, targeting what it said were militant hideouts.
Kabul denies the allegation, saying it does not allow its territory to be used against other nations.
