Viral Video Highlights Impact of Mother Phone Addiction: Now a staged video is going viral that shows a woman who is busy on a phone call, as her toddler plays around her. While still talking on the phone, the woman cuts vegetables, but instead of putting the vegetables in the fridge, she picks up her baby places the toddler inside it, and closes it.

In the meantime, her husband comes home and notices the baby is missing. As both parents begin searching, the man appears to hear the refrigerator making a noise.

In a time-lapse video shot on a CCTV camera, he rescues the child before anything untoward happens. The video is said to have been staged.

It was shared on X (Formerly Twitter) with a simple caption, “Horrible Addiction.” This video has received over 3.9 lakh views to date. Many users argued that the video looked too staged, saying, “Please take care of your kids over smartphones.” One user wrote, “The things you own end up owning you.” Another said, "She was just trying to save that kiddo from the scorching heat in India."
