PM Modi’s Heartfelt Gesture Moves Artist to Tears: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday signed a painting presented by renowned mouth and foot painter Manoj Bhingare during his roadshow in Surat earlier today. The moment marked a special interaction between the artist and the Prime Minister, as Bhingare had long wished to present his artwork to him.

Expressing his joy, Bhingare said, "I always wanted to present this painting to PM Modi. PM Modi liked this painting, and he signed it. I am very happy. I also met PM Modi, and he asked about me and my painting."

During his tour, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the Surat Food Security Saturation Campaign, reiterating the government's pledge for food security through the National Food Security Act (NFSA). Under this program, the Prime Minister disbursed benefits to around 2 lakh eligible beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY), providing necessary food grains to poor families.

Following a grand roadshow in Surat, Modi was felicitated by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Union Minister CR Patil. The campaign aligns with the government’s efforts to saturate social welfare schemes, ensuring no eligible beneficiary is left out.

A touching moment from the event has gone viral, capturing a man's heartfelt reaction when Prime Minister Modi signed his painting. The artwork featured an image of Modi alongside his late mother, Heeraben Modi. Overcome with emotion, the man’s eyes welled up as the Prime Minister acknowledged his effort with a signature.

The Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) official ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) handle shared the video, writing: “PM Modi is not just a leader but an emotion for many. Feel the heartfelt gesture of a man in this video as he receives a signature from the PM himself.”

The emotional exchange took place during the launch of the Surat Food Security Saturation Campaign, where the Prime Minister distributed benefits under the National Food Security Act to over 2.3 lakh beneficiaries.
