Karisma Kapoor’s Children Point Out ‘Absurd’ Errors in Sunjay Kapur’s Will: Uses ‘She, Her’
The children of Karisma Kapoor accuse the Will of their late father Sunjay Kapur and claim that it is forged with anomalies and the use of language not characteristic of his style.
The Delhi high court case of a suit filed by the children of actress Karisma Kapur to be awarded a share of the personal assets of their late father, industrialist Sunjay Kapur, has been making headlines nearly every day, but the latest twist to the case has been their claims that the so-called Will made by Sunjay Kapur is a forgery.
certain details on the charges of bloopers in the so-called Will have already emerged, there is more information.
Representing the plaintiffs, senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani noted obvious discrepancies in the document, citing that the language and clauses do not seem to have been written by Sunjay Kapur, the Sona Comstar chairman who passed away in June.

In 2003, Sunjay Kapur and the actor Karisma Kapoor married and divorced in 2016. They are parents of two children Samaira (20) and Kiaan (15). In 2017, Sunjay Kapur got married to Priya Sachdev.
Citing one of the clauses he declared that it alludes to all my legatees, but does not allude to the mother of Kapur, Rani Kapur, who was always taken care of in the past as well as described by ANI news agency.
Sunjay Kapur signed as a woman
He claimed the Will even writes of the testator in the feminine, he writes of her as she, her, and he termed it as absurd implying Sunjay Kapur seems to have signed with a woman writing. He said that no man of the knowledge of Kapur could have written such drafting and told it was forgery.
Jethmalani went on to add that the Will is not authentic and Sunjay Kapur is a digital ghost whose only alleged digital footprint exists and no handwriting, photographs and certified communication. He observed that the defendants and the witnesses have not clarified anyone who prepared the Will and therefore it can be assumed that the Will was prepared on one of the laptops of Nitin Sharma.

On June 12, Sunjay Kapur, an auto components company chairman of Sona Comstar, passed away due to a heart attack in London. The succession case - with a reported value of assets worth 30,000 crore - started soon after.
During an earlier hearing, the high court has permitted Priya Kapur to produce a list of assets in sealed cover and Series has instructed her to provide a copy of the Will to Rani Kapur. It was also alleged in the counsel of Priya that the children had already inherited the family trust to the tune of 1,900 crore - a revelation that their lawyer warned would put their lives at risk.
It has also been reported previously about the claims of forgery of the Will. The plaintiffs in this case being the children of Karisma Kapoor have accused it of being full of inconsistencies which are not characteristic of their father.
Among the bloopers that have been enumerated by their proponent, Mahesh Jethmalani, are: the incorporation of several misspellings of the word Kiaan and the use of the office address of Karisma Kapoor on behalf of Samaira.
have alleged that the errors are not in line with the character and association of Sunjay Kapur to his children. Sunjay Kapur knows where to address her. This is one of the Karisma Kapoor office addresses. Such types of bloopers are absolutely out of character of Mr Kapur. He was a good relationship with his children. How can he write the address of his daughter wrongly and spell the name of his son wrongly in various places in the will, LiveLaw quoted Jethmalani telling the court.
