Bobby Deol & Nikhil Dwivedi Light Up Lal Qila with Ravana Dahan at Love Kush Ramleela 2025

Arjun Kumar, President of the world-famous Luv Kush Ramlila Committee, organizing at the Red Fort grounds, as he congratulated all the countrymen on the occasion of their Dussehra, a festival of triumph of truth over evil, said that on the special invitation of the Leela Committee, Bollywood superstar Bobby Deol and actor-producer Nikhil Dwivedi also came to the Luv Kush Ramlila stage and saw the Leela with the people of Lord Ram in the packed Leela Ground. These celebrity stars along with this went and gave tilak to Lord Shri Ram, served his feet and received his blessings.

Arjun Kumar, President of the Leela Committee, gave these film stars a mace, a power symbol, a Lord Shri Ram idol and a sash on the stage. And when the movie star, Bobby Deol, and producer actor, Nikhil Dwivedi, Arjun Kumar and other members of the committee sang Jai Shri Ram, Jai Shri Ram on stage, the whole Leela ground of Red Fort was reeking of Lord Ram. Even with this, effigies were burned of Ravana, Kumbhakaran and Meghnad by shooting arrows. The women, children, elders, and Ram devotees who had gathered at the Leela location saw this wonderful Leela adorned with the film star!

Leela President Arjun Kumar said that the Leela began with the Ganesh Vandana, the worship of Lord Shankar by Ravana, the falling of the sword of Chandrahas to Ravana, the war of Ram-Ravana, killing of Ravana, followed by burning of the effigies of Ravana, Kumbhakaran and Meghnad.

In the present day, the effigies of Ravana, Kumbhakaran and Meghnad of 100-90-80 height hung on the Leela Sthal were the centre of attraction by women, children, old and the devotees of Ram.

When the arrow was fired upon the effigy of Ravana, nectar flowed out of the navel, eyes rolling, and tears of blood streaming down the eyes, swords in the hands could be seen rotating, garlands round the neck of various colors of colourful colors, as the effigies of Ravana, Kumbhakaran and Meghnad fell ablaze in the midst of singing Hey Ram Hey Ram, the resounding noise of the fire-crackers placed in the effigies resounded all around the Leela ground when the speakers were on with their Leela Minister Praveen Singhal, Ravish Agarwal, Dinesh Jain, Saurav Gupta, Ashok Kataria, Rajesh Verma, Nishant Gupta all the office bearers paid tribute to all the guests with the Leela ending in Leela Aarti and Charan Vandana of Lord Shri Ram.
