Woman Raped in Delhi’s Mundka on Pretext of Job Offer, Accused on the Run

Police said on Wednesday a 32-year-old woman was allegedly raped in outer Delhi after being tricked with a job offer in Mundka area.

The native of Nepal, married and mother of four children who recently parted with her husband because of painted domestic violence came to Delhi by train earlier this month, according to one of the senior police officers.

According to the officer, the woman said that she met a man somewhere on her journey who provided her with the number to contact a man called Manjeet in relation to employment.
