Trump Tracks US Midterm Election Results With Natalie Harp and Susie Wiles as Melania Stays Away:
President Trump hasn't been near the party when the midterm elections have been called in, it's reported.
It is reported that President Donald Trump refused to attend Cabinet and political adviser meetings and meetings with MAGA supporters when election results started rolling in during the midterms. On November 3, the results were a big win for the Democrats who won control of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
It will be the first term that the entire US Congress is Democrat-led that the Republican president will have to spend.
Trump supporters and his appointees were said to have made a mass gathering in the East Wing of the White House on the night of the result, with trays of finger food from the Cheesecake Factory set out. But the president decided not to go down, and continue his residence upstairs in his private home. The Cheesecake Factory came after the Trump administration was embroiled in a controversy over former President Barack Obama's comments about renovations to Trump's White House.

Trump, though, didn't watch the results as a group, but rather with Chief of Staff Susie Wiles and aide Natalie Harp by his side, The Daily Mail reported. The publication said the results were shown to him, but First Lady Melania Trump did not see the results.
The mood of Trump was ‘very dark’,” the official said
According to someone who claimed to be an official, Trump's mood is “very, very dark inside the residence.” As the night progressed, the president was said to have been furious.
Officials also allegedly started to make their way out of the watch party. The report noted that Secretary of State Marco Rubio was there early in the evening but could not be found later on.
The feeling was reportedly to get darker, with Trump at one point “watching Fox News, barely uttering a word and paralyzed into silence,” a source told the Mail. During the counting, Trump put out series of posts on Truth Social, his social media platform, where he criticized the Fox News exit polls.
On November 3, Trump and his White House reversed their position, claiming that if he really were on the ballot, he would have defeated Hillary “Clinton,” as they now call it. The president communicated the same to a POLITICO reporter who got on call with him and shared the conversation online.
Hegseth, Rubio could be targeted:
In the publication, it also was reported that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were likely to be “taunted” for the defeat in the midterm elections.
If the Iran War hadn't happened tonight would have been very different, and eventually POTUS will come after Hegseth, an official said. Hegseth is already facing the heat with Republican lawmaker Thomas Massie calling for his impeachment, or resignation. But Trump has not yet said what his intentions are regarding Hegseth's departure from the job.
However, Vice President JD Vance blamed the Iran war as well, as the reason for the midterm drubbing, after which Trump defended the decision to go to war, as something that needed to be done.
Rubio, a high-level Republican Party donor said in an interview with the Mail, “Rubio's over, perhaps that's just as true for all Republicans that touched Trump's foreign policy.” A report claimed that US Ambassador to India, Sergio Gor, might be considered as Rubio's replacement, but Gor has rejected this report.
