Swati Maliwal Allegations: Her Mother Sangita Maliwal Speaks, BJP And Congres Again Hits Back At Kejriwal
The National Commission for Women (NCW) called Arvind Kejriwal's assistant Bibhav Kumar earlier on Thursday to talk about Swati Maliwal's claims on Friday at 11 am.

Swati Maliwal Allegations: After being accused by Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar, her mother Sangita Maliwal told Republic TV that the Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP was not in a state to talk at this time.
She told Republic TV, "We are not in a state to talk… It's her fight, and only she will speak when the time is right."
She further added, “I am thankful to the media for supporting us in our tough times.”

On Monday when she went for a meeting with Arvind Kejriwal at his residence but due to not being present at the moment, she was asked to wait by Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar.
As per the police report at that time, she was assaulted by Bibhav Kumar and when she was asked to file a complaint, she said that she would do it later.

AAP leader, Sanjay Singh, said on Tuesday that what happened with Swati Maliwal was "highly condemnable."

A group of Delhi Police also went to the home of AAP MP Swati Maliwal on Thursday.
Officials say that the group, which was led by an Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP) officer, went to Maliwal's house to find out more about what they thought happened.
However, such situations have again put Arvind Kejriwal in bad condition, BJP and Congress leaders criticized Arvind Kejriwal for not saying anything about the allegations at a news conference in Lucknow. They said the Delhi chief minister was acting more like a "goon."
On Thursday, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi spoke out about the alleged attack on Swati Maliwal, saying that her party stood with women against all kinds of violence.
A spokesman for the BJP, Gaurav Bhatia, said that Arvind Kejriwal is the major "criminal" in the allegations that his assistant Bibhav Kumar attacked Swati Maliwal physically.
