Arvind Kejriwal 10 guarantees: On Sunday, during a press conference Arvind Kejriwal announced 10 guarantees that will be implemented if the INDIA Bloc wins the Lok Sabha Election 2024.

After his release from Tihar Jail, he is taking big steps to fill in the gap that formed while he was in Jail. Earlier he launched a direct attack on PM Modi saying that 'BJP Is Not Forming The Government On June 4, The INDIA Bloc Will.”

Soon after that on Sunday in Delhi he launched another big statement, 10 promises that will take place if his party wins.

Yet he makes another statement against Modi that Modi has failed to fulfill his guarantees and my guarantees are reliable, adding to this he says, “People have to take a call whether to go for 'Kejriwal ki Guarantee' or 'Modi Guarantee."

He further adds, "These guarantees are the vision for the new India, without them a country cannot become powerful.”

The 10 promises that he made during the press conference in Delhi are:

24 Hours Electricity

The first guarantee that he makes is 24-hour electricity throughout the Country, he said that only 2 lakh MW of electricity is for usage. He further adds, “We have done it in Delhi and Punjab, we will do it in the country also. We will provide up to 200 units of free electricity to all the poor. It will cost ₹ 1.25 lakh crore, we can arrange it.”

According to the reports from Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojna (PMAGY), a Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, there are still approx 850 villages that still don’t have electricity.

Education To All

The second guarantee he made is to provide education to all those children who are unable to get and make government schools better than Private Schools. He said, “₹ 5 lakh crore will be required for this. State governments will give ₹ 2.5 lakh crore and central government will give ₹ 2.5 crore for this."

A report from the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) says that 3.9% of 14-year-olds and 32.6% of 18-year-olds in India are unable to get an education.

Almost 10% of government-controlled schools in West Bengal have been closed because of financial unviability and the need to optimize resources.

There was a decrease of 69,788 schools in India between 2017-18 and 2021-22 (-4.48 percent).

Improvement of Government Hospitals

The third promise he makes is to upgrade Government hospitals that are falling in shortage of proper facilities and professional doctors. He claims Mohalla clinics to open in every village and state hospital to be converted into Multispeciality Hospital where every citizen who is born will get free treatment.

Reclamation of Land from China

The fourth guarantee he states that he will reclaim the land that has been captured by China over the years Adding to it he said, “For this, efforts will be made at the diplomatic level on one side and the Army will be given complete freedom to take whatever steps it wants to take regarding this.”

In the fifth promise, he also makes it clear that he will lift off the Agniveer scheme which is harmful to the Army.

Provide MSP To Farmers

In the sixth promise, he clears to give farmers MSP (Minimum Support Price). Devinder Sharma, an agricultural expert shared, “86 percent of farmers are given less price, they are dependent on markets. Those who are dependent on markets are given 25-30 percent less price for their crops.”

Full Statehood To Delhi

The seventh promise he made in which he would ensure full statehood for Delhi.

Reduces Unemployment

In the eighth guarantee, he claims that the INDIA Bloc will create 2 crore jobs in the country to reduce the unemployment rates.

However, as of 2024, the unemployment rate in india is 3.1%.

Remove Corruptions

In the ninth promise, he said that this party promises to get rid of the policy of giving safe heavens to corrupt people, free the country from corruption, and dismantle the "BJP's protectionist measures.

Guarantee On Gst and Tarde Promotion

In the tenth guarantee In the manufacturing sector, he promises to simplify GST by removing it from PMLA regulations and surpassing the trade capacity
