On Tuesday, the Central government introduced two bills to the Lower House to illegal protests by the Opposition in an attempt to go with the idea of state and central elections.
Both should be referred to a joint parliamentary committee for further consideration-these two bills are the Constitution (129th Amendment) Bill and the Union Territories Laws (Amendment) Bill.
Shah's speech on such matters was delivered as part of the debate on the Constitution, where he criticized both Congress and Nehru-Gandhi family in Rajya Sabha.
Shah, while concluding the discussion in Rajya Sabha on the 75 years of adoption of the Constitution, said,"They (Cong) did nothing except eulogising Nehru-Gandhi family."
The uproar created over statements regarding Babasaheb Ambedkar, as alleged by Amit Shah, is a ploy to target BJP after the opposition's losses in Haryana and Maharashtra, he told the reporters.

A press briefing was given to explain his statements Amit Shah said that he expressed disappointment at Mallikarjun Kharge as, being a dalit, he should not have stood behind the Congress in their protest against the BJP for having insulted Dr Ambedkar far more than the BJP.
Congress president Kharge, out of anger, demanded the resignation of Amit Shah for the words spoken in Rajya Sabha.
