JCB India Launches Fuel-Saving Excavator, Promises Significant Savings for Customers
JCB India, the country’s leading earthmoving and construction equipment manufacturer, has launched its new innovation, the JCB NXT 215 LC Fuel Master Tracked Excavator.

JCB India Launches Fuel-Saving Excavator: JCB India, the country’s leading earthmoving and construction equipment manufacturer, has launched its new innovation, the JCB NXT 215 LC Fuel Master Tracked Excavator at its state of the art facility in Pune.
This machine is not only for the Indian market but will be exported globally.
The JCB NXT 215 LC Fuel Master is 14% more fuel efficient than its predecessor and is a great option for cost conscious customers. It has been put through rigorous testing to meet the Indian working conditions and hence lower operating costs.

Key to this is JCB’s Intelliflow Hydraulics technology which optimizes hydraulic performance. The excavator provides real time fuel consumption data through an onboard interface and JCB’s LiveLink remote monitoring system.
Customers can save around Rs 2.90 lakh per annum due to improved fuel efficiency. Additionally a new auto engine idle stop feature prevents fuel wastage when the engine is idling for long periods.
Speaking at the launch, JCB India CEO Deepak Shetty emphasized that innovation is vital to their operations in India. He stated, “This new machine has been engineered to enhance the profitability of our customers through a significant reduction in fuel consumption of 14%. It will lead to a better return on their investments in today’s competitive working environment.”
Besides fuel savings the JCB NXT 215 LC Fuel Master is also 5% more productive with Power Boost function for tough applications and a quieter engine compartment for more comfortable and fatigue free operations. Designed for rock breaker applications it also has LED lights for better work area illumination and durability.

Mr. Shetty added, “At JCB, our customers are our priority. This new machine will help tackle rising fuel costs, supporting our customers in building world-class infrastructure. These fuel savings align with the government’s focus on reducing fossil fuel use, benefiting both the economy and the environment.”
