Internet Slams Allu Arjun’s Celebration Post-Jail as Pushpa 2 Stampede Victim Battles for Life

The Telangana High Court issued a bail order for the actor the same day, and Allu Arjun was released from the Chanchalguda Jail on December 14.
Allu Arjun apologised for the theatre stampede incident which led to the death of a woman. He also claimed that he has no connection with the unfortunate accident.

“We are extremely sorry for the family, it is purely accidental. I was inside the theatre watching the film with my family and the incident took place outside the theatre, It was purely of no direct connection to me. My love and respect to the family. I have been visiting the theatre for the last few years, I have been to the same place almost 30 times. Never has such a thing happened. It was purely accidental. I am extremely sorry for the accident that happened," said Allu Arjun.
However, following his release, the actor was seen in a jubilant mood and mingled with industry insiders who visited his residence. This did not sit well with netizens.
On the evening of Allu Arjun's shared an update on his health. The official statement confirmed that he is in PICU and has been put on ventilator support. Amid this, videos and photos from Allu Arjun's Jubilee Hill home showed him in a jolly mood.
The actor was caught on camera interacting happily with Vijay Deverakonda, Sukumar, Rana Daggubati, Naga Chaitanya, Akhil Akineni and many others. The constant barrage of A-listers at his house made it seem like the occasion was joyous and not solemn.

While many of his fans were happy on seeing the visual, some who have criticised the star for his “celebration” after a night in jail even as the young boy, the other victim of theatre stampede, is fighting for his life in a hospital.
Reacting to the clip of Allu Arjun greeting his family and friends with a big grin on his face, one social media user commented, “Today's non-stop celebrity visits and the publicity around it has tilted the scales in favour of Revanth Reddy. I am sure I am not the only one feeling that way. I like Allu Arjun but today should have been a day of introspection, not celebration.”
Another user wrote, “The arrest was unfair and now that Allu Arjun is back, what is all this tamasha of the entire Tollywood descending in his house and every moment being captured on the lens! They are going overboard with this. It looks more like a PR stunt now and they need to simmer down.”
A third user reacted, “No one, Not even Allu Arjun visited the lady's family.. This is the real Elite vs Poor”.
