Gold and Silver Rates Today On September 15: After a massive increase in the gold rate the previous day, the gold rate today in India has remained unchanged.

On Sunday, September 15 the 22-carat gold rate in India today is priced at Rs 68,650 per 10 grams while the 24-carat gold rate today stands at Rs 74,890 per 10 grams.

On September 14, the 22-carat gold rate was priced at Rs 68,650 and the gold price for 24-carat stood at Rs 74,890 per 10 grams.

Meanwhile, the gold price for 22-carat per gram today is valued at Rs 6,910 while the 24-carat gold price today stands at Rs 7,531 per gram.

The silver rate today in India has remained unchanged in the last 24 hours after a price rise the previous day. On September 15, the silver rate stands at Rs 92,000 per kilogram.

Gold and silver prices are mainly affected by tax rates, demand and supply, US dollar value, and many other factors. However, the gold and silver prices dropped significantly in July after the government introduced the Union Budget which reduced the taxes imposed on gold and silver from 15% to 6%.

This reduction in tax rate led to a massive decline of Rs 4,000 in gold and silver rates.
