PM Modi Condemns Trump Rally Shooting: Prime Minister's response to the assassination attack on former US President Donald Trump during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, United States on Saturday.

PM Modi in a tweet shared concerns for his ‘friend’ Donald Trump, he wrote, “Deeply concerned by the attack on my friend, former President Donald Trump. Strongly condemn the incident. Violence has no place in politics and democracies. Wish him speedy recovery.”

PM Modi has also expressed his concern for the people who got hurt during the incident.

The incident took place during the election rally held by Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. When Trump was giving his speech onstage behind the podium, there was a series of ‘pops’ that sounded like a gunshot and soon Trump’s right ear was full of blood, he somehow managed to stop the blood from his right hand and hide himself behind the podium.

The Secret Service agents present there rushed to Trump as soon as they heard the gunshot, shielded him with their body, and took with into a black SUV.

As the agents lifted the former US President Donald Trump to his feet, he started showing his fist toward the people as the crowd began chanting “USA.”

As per the reports, three people from the audience were affected by the gunshot, one of them died instantly and the other two were injured and immediately taken to a nearby hospital.

The assassin was spotted and shot down by the secret service agents present there.

Later on his Truth Social platform, he said, “I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear, Much bleeding took place.” He further said, “Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country.”

He concluded the message said, “I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”

PM Modi and Donald Trump have been a good friend with each other since 2017. Trump even said that he liked PM Modi and also called him a great gentleman.
