According to reports, Rajeev Dubey and wife Rashmi told clients that their elixir of “oxygen therapy” an age-reversing machine would reverse the effects of aging and pollution once they were inside the magical “time machine”.
According to police, they opened the therapy centre “Revival World” in Kanpur’s Kidwai Nagar area and said a machine would be brought from Israel which would turn a senior citizen into a 25-year-old.

“They offered packages for Rs 6,000 for 10 sessions and Rs 90,000 for a three-year package,” said senior police official Anjali Vishwakarma to NDTV. They also offered discounts to those who brought in other couples thus turning into a pyramid scheme.
But the magical “time machine” never landed and airports have been alerted so the duo can’t fly out after police filed an FIR on a complaint from three of the couples who were duped. Renu Singh, one of the victims of the massive scam, filed the police complaint. She was cheated of Rs 10.75 lakh.
Many couples were duped of about Rs 35 crore. Based on her complaint, police have registered a case against the accused under section 318(4)(cheating) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and are looking for the couple.

Renu Singh Chandel, one of the three victims who filed the complaint, said she was offered a free session if she brought in others and had brought in several people for the treatment.
Rs 35 crore was looted from the elderly scam, 25 cases have been reported so far, according to police and many more are expected to come forward.
Police are looking for other victims and are on the lookout for Rajeev and Rashmi who have an FIR against them. Airports have been alerted so they can’t fly out.
Deputy commissioner of police (South) Ankita Sharma told Times of India there could be more than two dozen victims. "An FIR has been filed at the Kidwai Nagar police station, and the search for the couple is on. Airports have also been alerted to prevent them from fleeing the country,” said Sharma.
