China Eastern Airlines to Resume Flights Between Shanghai and Delhi from November 9
The flights will be on a weekly basis with flights every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday between the two cities.
China Eastern Airlines will start the round-trip flights between Shanghai and New Delhi as early as November 9, as part of a continuous process of normalisation of India-China relations.

The two nations had declared the resumption of direct flights between the two selected cities after a period of five years in hiatus between them in a meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Xi Jinping in the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Tianjin in August this year.
The operations of flights between the two cities will be every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. The duty flight of Pudong Airport, Shanghai will take off at 12:50 PM and land in the Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport at 5.45 PM (local time

In the meantime, the flight back will take off Delhi at 7.55 PM and land in Shanghai Pudong at 4.10 AM the following day. The airline has also initiated in selling the tickets to the route, which will begin next month.
IndiGo began flights to Guangzhou in China daily in October 26, as advised earlier this month. It is also anticipated that the airline will commence flights between Delhi and Guangzhou.
