RCB acquired the services of the right-handed batting all-rounder at Rs 3.20 crore at the 2023 Indian Premier League auction.
During the build-up to the IPL, Jacks has scored some blistering knocks in the SA20 and Bangladesh Premier League.
With a strike rate of 180.15, Jacks was one of the most aggressive stroke makers in the SA20. He has also played 11 matches for England and scored 181 runs in 11 matches, at a strike rate of nearly 150.

In addition to his spin bowling prowess and power hitting, Jacks is a talented all-rounder who joined Surrey at an early age.
In 2017, Jacks scored a century against India in a U-19 red-ball match, earning him a spot in the England squad for the 2018 U-19 World Cup.
After scoring 121 in his third ODI for Surrey against Gloucestershire in the 2018 Royal London ODI Cup, Jacks also made his first-class and T20 debuts for Surrey, winning the County Championship Division One.
In a T10 match against Lancashire in 2019, Jacks smashed a remarkable century in just 25 balls.
During the 2021 and 2022 T20 Blast seasons, Jacks solidified his reputation as a top performer in T20 cricket after being selected by the Oval Invincibles for the inaugural season of The Hundred.
A pivotal role in England's victory over Pakistan in Rawalpindi in 2022 was played by him in his T20I debut against Pakistan and his Test debut against Pakistan.
He made his ODI debut against Bangladesh in 2023 but sustained a muscle injury during the second game and did not play for Bengaluru in his first Indian T20 League season.
Jacks bounced back with centuries in the SA20 League and Bangladesh Premier League in 2024, despite this setback.
