"This is to inform you that the company has received an Income Tax Order from the Income Tax Department under Section 143(3) for Assessment Year 2022-23, issuing income tax refund of Rs 222.23 cr (including interest)," it stated.
Cipla
The leading pharmaceutical company reported that MK Hamied will resign as Vice Chairman of Cipla on October 29 because of age and health problems.
Kamil Hamied will become a Non-Executive Director on the company's board to ensure that leadership goes on.
SpiceJet
DIAL told SpiceJet to pay its dues quickly, but SpiceJet said that it paid its dues on time. The DGCA has kept the airline company under its surveillance due to financial and legal issues.

The company reported that it has received a tax demand of Rs 46.29 crore after an audit by the Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Audit). The tax demand includes Rs 24.41 crore in GST while Rs 19.43 crore in interest, and Rs 2.44 crore in penalties.
