Shahid and Mira Kapoor Rent Luxurious Worli Apartment in Mumbai for ₹20 Lakh a Month

Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor have bought a new sea-facing apartment for Rs 59 crore in Mumbai.

Shahid and Mira Kapoor: Once again, Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor is in the news and this time it’s not for his performance. He has now established himself as a serious player in the luxury real estate sector in Mumbai, India.

The actor has reportedly rented out his lavish residence in a socially ultra-luxury apartment known as Three Sixty West located at Worli, Mumbai above 20 lakhs rent per month as per the Square Yards real estate records.

Covering an area of 5,395 sq ft of carpet area (501.21 sq m) and 6,175 sq ft of built filled up area (573.78 sq m), this is easily one of the biggest apartment in the city of Mumbai.

The luxury flat has been built with three exclusive dedicated car parking spaces. In May 2024, Shahid and Mira Kapoor bought the place together for ₹58.6 crore.

Shahid and Mira Kapoor paid ₹58.6 crore for the property in May 2024.

In November 2024, Shahid Kapoor purchased this five-bedroom apartment in Andheri West's Stanworth complex, agreeing to a 60-month lease and providing a Rs 1.23 crore security deposit.

This project located in Three Sixty West which has been developed by Oberoi Realty is spread over 1.58 acres of land.

The development comprises of high-quality 4 and 5 BHK ready to move in apartments.

The complex consists of high-end facilities such as a club house, swimming pool, and a gym with 24 hours of security which makes it appealing to the upscale residents of the city.

Kapoor has also jumped into the bandwagon of Bollywood stars who have recently given their luxury flats on rent in Mumbai.

Recently other noticeable names Kartik Aaryan and Ranveer Singh along with producer Sajid Nadiadwala renting out their properties.
