This would be going down as her first title in BWF World Tour after winning the Singapore Open title in July last year and is not the same as the current Syed Modi India International tournament on account of it being a BWF Super 500 tournament as compared to this year's BWF Super 300 event. In the year 2023 and this year, he had reached the finals of the Spain Masters and Malaysia Masters but could not clinch the title.

Over her career, she has now added into her tally five medals from the BWF World Championships. She became only the second woman, along with China's Zhang Ning, to achieve this. But her glory at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics was only quite big as she won a bronze medal, becoming the first Indian woman to win two Olympic medals.

Sindhu's accomplishments have secured for her a name-shining place in the world of badminton and have gone on to inspire a great many young talents in India and around the world.
