Pune Porsche Crash: Father of Accused Teen Granted Bail in Juvenile Justice Act Case

Father of Accused Teen Granted Bail in Juvenile Justice Act Case
Pune Porsche Crash: Vishal Agarwal the father of the 17-year-old boy who killed two people on a motorcycle got bail in the Juvenile justice case.
Judge Prashant Patil of Vishal Agarwal Juvenile Justice Act case got him bail on Friday.
The hearing for Vishal Agarwal began 10 days ago when advocate Prashant Patil noted that under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, Vishal Agarwal is not guilty and does not have an exception for arrest.
Advocate Prashant Patil said that as the Father of the accused teen is granted bail, he should follow all the conditions imposed by the court and police.

On May 19, the 17-year-old boy was drunk and was driving a Porshe at a very high speed when he crashed into a bike which led to the deaths of Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta, who were software engineers.
The 17-year-old boy is not held at an observation home in the city. The five other accused were arrested along with the bar manager and owner, but on June 21 they all got bail.
Vishal Agarwal was arrested for allowing his son to drive the Porshe despite knowing that he was underage and had no diving license.
Furthermore, the accused mother and two other doctors are being held by the police because they are suspected of trying to swap blood samples.
