On June 20, Judge Niyay Bindu denied all the petitions of the ED to delay the Arvind Kejriwal bail appeal, and later on the Trial court granted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal bail.

Arvind Kejriwal to Remain in Jail as Delhi High Court Halts Bail: Delhi High Court canceled Arvind Kejriwal's Bail which was granted by Trail Court on Thursday, June 20.
The decision came soon after Arvind Kejriwal was ready to leave the Tihar jail when the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a plea to the Delhi High Court.
The Delhi Court said it will first review the Enforcement Directorate (ED) petition which will take around 3 days so till then no bail will be granted to Arvind Kejriwal and he will remain in Tihar jail.
In a statement, Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain said, “Till the pronouncement of this order, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.”

However, as per the reports, the High Court is expected to announce its decision by June 25 and also sent a notice to Arvind Kejriwal asking him to respond to the petition of ED that challenged Arvind Kejriwal Bail's appeal.

The AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal was accused of money laundering case that was linked to the Delhi excise policy case.
He was arrested on March 21 by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and later on, he got bail to campaign for the Lok Sabha polls and was again arrested on June 2.
