Pune Car Crash: Parents of Deceased Techies Call for SC-Monitored Probe, Trial in Madhya Pradesh
Both families urged the Supreme Court to look into the case thoroughly and that the trial case should be held in Madhya Pradesh, not in Maharastra.

Pune Car Crash: Soon after the murder of two people on a motorbike, the 17-year-old accused got bail from the Juvenile Justice Board.
However, Suresh Kumar Koshta, Ashwini’s father(among the two people who died) told PTI, “The Supreme Court should monitor the investigation and trial in the case to ensure that we get justice."
He further said that as he was drunk and driving, the accused should not be treated as a child but as an adult.
Both families urged the Supreme Court to look into the case thoroughly and that the trial case should be held in Madhya Pradesh, not in Maharastra.
This horrible accident happened on May 19 when a 17-year-old boy was driving a Porsche at over 200 kmph while drunk smashed two people who were on a motorbike in Pune city, they died on the spot

The two people who died were Anish Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta, both were 24-year-old IT professionals who lived in Madhya Pradesh.
The 17-year-old accused is the son of Vishal Agarwal, a real estate developer, who is a rich man.
However, following the incident, he soon got arrested but also got bail and the court told him to write a 300-word essay on road accidents and solutions.
ANI said that on May 22, they canceled the minor's bail and now he is under observation at home until June 5.
Om Prakash Awadhiya, the father of Anish said, "I am going to fight for justice till my last breath.”
Om Prakash said that the accused was treated like a VIP at the police station, even though he didn't have a license to drive. Awadhiya further said that the accident should be seen as a double murder case as two people died in the accident.
