Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s Wedding Invite Basket: Actors Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya were reported to be getting married this December. Social media is presently buzzing with a picture of their wedding invitation, against the backdrop of the Covid 19 pandemic. The card also contains details of other family members and the date of the event.

In addition, it appears the love birds also included a welcome basket along with the wedding invitation, to appreciates and acknowledge the guests. The contents of the basket contained a piece of clothing either a saree, a wooden buyu, food packs and some sweets. It was an envelope-shaped card with a covering that bore Telugu pictures of temples, bells, banana trees and a cow.

Chay and Sobhita will marry on 4th December, which falls on a Wednesday. The couple is said to have settled on Annapurna Studios based in Hyderabad for the wedding that has sentimental value to the Akkineni clan.

Many reports have it that Sobhita and Chay are the ones who decided to begin their wedding journey from the Annapurna Studios as a way to pay homage to his family. Having been founded by the actor’s late grandfather and legendary star Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR), they looked to wait for the right time when they were ready to marry, positive that all energies would be spiritually conducive, and get married there.

While every concern about the festivity seems to be weighed towards the traditions, the couple is making every conscious effort for it to appear as a family occasion. Multiple sources have also claimed that Sobhita turned down all offers from well-known hair and makeup specialists to apply their skills on her for the wedding. Instead, it is understood that she has bought the outfit for the wedding from an ordinary shop and has opted against all the inconsequential glamour for the ceremonies.

In October, the couple's pre-wedding ceremonies commenced. Sobhita even posted the video of a certain traditional pre-wedding function which was held at her home, where her mother and other female members of the family were present.

In August of this year, Chay and Sobhita got engaged with their family members in attendance. The former was previously married to Samantha, and the two revealed their split on their social media platforms in October 2021.
