Mother Criticized for Dancing While Toddler Nearly Walks Into Traffic: With social media exercising such an imperative ultimatum nowadays, most users went to great lengths to make that content go viral. Some can make quite engaging and entertaining videos, while other has gone to the extremes of risking their lives and the lives of other people just so that he or she can be famous. A recent instance of a viral video that has caused public outcry online is where a mother was seen dancing close to the road while her little child was roaming dangerously close to the riff-raff along the road.

The video, which has been rolled out lately on social media, features a woman dancing to the song Brother Louie of Modern Talking. While she's dancing, she has a little daughter moving dangerously close to a busy road. The son notices this and quickly hurries to inform the mother. The mother momentarily halts the dancing and dashes to clutch her young one just before stealing her from the edge of the road, "Truly, children are a gift of nature that plays an important role in shaping events."

This incident is said not to have any particular location associated, yet within a very short time, the video attracted attention to the tune of more than two lakh views in a very short time.

Public outrage

This video soon became a source of further spreading criticism in the social media circuit with viewers citing the safety of the kids in question. One X user commented, “OMG it was so shocking, i am happy that nothing serious happened.”

Many, however, refused to budge that such stunts on social media were pretty much paving a dangerous precedent. One user wrote, “This is absolutely irresponsible! No video is worth risking your child’s life!” Another user said, “It’s shocking to see people prioritise social media fame over the safety of their own family.” Others expressed disbelief at the mother’s actions, with one person commenting, “She couldn’t even spare a moment to ensure her child’s safety. Is the reel really worth it?”

It’s not just about the child’s safety but also the message we’re sending to others. This kind of behaviour should not be encouraged,” one user remarked.
