The Lakhpati didi Yojana, Amit Shah said that 11 lakh new women were added in party only in 100 days. A total of crore women are now earning over one lakh rupees annually, thus assured a decent living, the Minister said.
“Many institutions in the country have decided to celebrate PM Modi's birthday as 'Sewa Pakhwada'. From September 17 to October 2, our party workers will help the people. PM Modi was born into a poor family and he became the PM of the world's largest democracy. 15 different nations gave their highest honour to him. 140 crore Indians are praying for his long life today,” Amit Shah said at a press conference in New Delhi.
“After dedicating 10 years to the development, security and welfare of the poor in India, the people of India gave a mandate to the BJP and its alliance parties... This happened for the first time in the last 60 years. This has brought an environment of political stability in the country. We have seen the execution of policies."

"In the last 10 years, the Modi government has been successful in establishing a strong India by strengthening internal and external security. PM Modi brought the New Education Policy which includes our ancient education system and modern education, which also honours our regional languages,” Amit Shah added.
The home minister also said that BJP led NDA government within 100 days of its coming to power has cleared projects worth ₹3 lakh crore like connecting 25000 isolated rural habitats with roads and construction of Mega port at Wadhawan, Maharashtra.
Apart from infrastructure, the government’s attention has also been towards agriculture by enhancing the MSP for Kharif crops, withdrawal of MEP on onions and basmati rice and increasing the duty on the import of CPO, SBO and SFO, he added.
Prime minister Narendra Modi again began his time on the office for the third term on June 9.
As per Shah, the Modi government’s focus has been on ensuring stability on the policy front with a certain flexibility in adopting some changes to eliminate the issues that emerge as ‘teething issues’ without compromising on the core idea or concept.
He said the government recently granted its nod for the Wadhavan Mega Port Project in Maharashtra to be set up at a cost of ₹76,200 crore; this port will be one among the ten largest ports globally.
For the Rural Roads Scheme-4 (PMGSY-IV), the approval was accorded for construction/up-gradation of 62,500 km of Roads and Bridges through 25,000 un-connected villages with central share of ₹49,000 crore.
Most of such unlinked villages have a population of less than one hundred.
The government has also approved reinforcement of the road network, which is to cost ₹50,600 crore and also has given the green signal for eight National High-Speed Road Corridor Projects that is 936 km.
The government has also established another fund known as Agrisure which is to change the face of the agricultural industry and encourage startup companies and businesses in the countryside.
