In the statement, Rahul displayed a picture in which there we 20 officers who made the budget, and among them, there was only 1 lower cast and 1 OBC person He accused the Finance minister of the lack of diversity in the committee and ignoring 73% of Indian people“The budget halwa is being distributed, but 73% of the country’s people are not included in it” He said referring to the middle class, Dalits, Adivasis, and other marginalized groups in government decisions.
