Hrithik Roshan Leases Mumbai Office Space for ₹5.62 Lakh/Month – Details Inside

Hrithik Roshan: Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has leased his premium commercial property for Rs 5.62 lakh per month, according to real estate consultant Square Yards. In a statement released on Saturday, Square Yards mentioned that it has examined the property registration documents.

"Hrithik Roshan has given on rent his premium commercial property, securing a monthly rental income of Rs 5,62,000," the consultant said.

The commercial property is situated in the Lotus Corporate Park project, developed by Lotus Developers in Goregaon, Mumbai. Covering 27.55 acres, this ready-to-move-in project features modern office spaces.

According to the IGR registration documents, the commercial space rented out by the actor measures 2,727 square feet.

The transaction also involves a stamp duty payment of Rs 88,000 and a registration fee of Rs 1,000, as stated in the announcement.
