ED made shocking revelations about Sukesh Chandrashekhar, opposed transfer to jail outside Delhi
The ED has said that Sukesh used to do work ranging from money laundering to extortion. He used to do this work by talking in the voice of government officials sitting on constitutional posts.

On Monday, the Enforcement Directorate made big disclosures in the Supreme Court regarding Sukesh Chandrashekhar, arrested in the fraud case. The ED has said that Sukesh used to do work ranging from money laundering to extortion. He used to do this work by talking in the voice of government officials sitting on constitutional posts. With this, the ED opposed the petition of Sukesh, in which he has sought to transfer himself to a jail outside Delhi.
Sukesh is lodged in Tihar Jail for money laundering and extortion from many people by becoming a government officer. In this case, Sukesh's wife has filed a petition in the Supreme Court and has demanded transfer from the jail staff to a jail outside Delhi, citing threat to her life.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta submitted before a vacation bench of Justices CT Ravi Kumar and Sudhanshu Dhulia that the ED wanted to interfere in Sukesh's plea as the agency itself was probing the money laundering charges against him. Mehta said that the ED has a lot to say about the behavior of the petitioner. The bench agreed to hear the matter on Tuesday.
