Ed Filed Its 8th Chargesheet Against Arvind Kejriwal: AAP Party became the first party to get accused under anti-money laundering laws by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday after it submitted its eighth chargesheet against Arvind Kejriwal's money laundering case to the Court.
The Chargesheet against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal claimed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was also accused in the money laundering case.
Upon submission of the chargesheet, the Supreme Court on Friday restrained its decision on Arvind Kejriwal's Bail plea.

The Solicitor General S V Raju appearing on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate said that they have prove that Arvind Kejriwal stayed in a hotel and received money via hawala which was distributed by two accused who are involved in the case.
The Supreme Court told Kejriwal’s lawyer, “Now they [ED] are saying they have evidence regarding the hawala transfer from AP to Goa.. now they say there is material in evidence."

Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena of Delhi had asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to look into the claims of wrongdoing.
The ED filed a case under the 2002 Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Solicitor General SV Raju on behalf of ED also claimed that the accusation of the AAP party is still being reviewed but there is direct proof that proves Arvind Kejriwal was involved in the money laundering case and received ₹100 crore as kickbacks which was used in the AAP Goa election expenses.
Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 in connection Delhi excise scam, currently, he is one bail till June 1.
The bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta made an announcemnet in favor of Arvind Kejriwal that he will be able to ask the trial court for bail even though the Supreme Court has reserved a decision and the parties' arguments will still be considered.
