Blinkit Launches 10-Minute Ambulance Service: Blinkit unveiled its speedy ambulance service with which the first city to enjoy delivery in 10 minutes is Gurgaon.

Now, Blinkit users can book an ambulance through the app even at home for any critical emergencies in which the time it takes to reach the hospital is the single most significant reason why perishing lives.

An innovative announcement of Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa over popular social media was the latest milestone in the journey into using tech to provide solutions on delayed ambulance services. In a post on X, Dhindsa revealed, "We are taking our first step towards providing quick and reliable ambulance services in our cities. The first five ambulances are on the road in Gurugram, and we plan to expand this service to more areas soon."

With this, Blinkit users can now book a BLS ambulance using the Blinkit app, with plans to expand the service into several cities in the coming years.

Hi-Tech Ambulances Ready to Cater to All Emergencies

The immediately commissioned ambulances are well supplied with all necessary life-saving materials. Each vehicle is federated with oxygen cylinders, defibrillators, monitoring devices, stretchers, and external emergency medicines. Each ambulance will be manned by a trained paramedic and an assistant, apart from the driver, who will care about health during patient transport.
