There are the advantages of working at home. You do not have to worry about the traffic nightmares, stress of attires and the freedom of flexibility. However, this may not be that same experience to all people. Typically, in the case of men, working at home only requires them to take their laptops and continue with their jobs. However, in women, it usually becomes a jugging process, as they have to deal with work calls, meetings and deadlines, and yet at the same time they have to watch the house, cook and take care of children.
This discrepancy is currently being cited by a woman on LinkedIn, in which she indicates the differences of her professional responsibilities as a remote content writer when contrasted with those of her husband, who is also employed in a remote-based location.

Describing the home working experience of her husband, the woman disclosed that the man gets up on the work day at 8, goes to the gym and gets to work, where he has meetings and works on his job without interruption. The woman has even argued out that he will still take lunch at the correct time and then he logs out at 7 pm. Then he spends his time watching television, rejoining his friends and having dinner, and returning to sleep and repeating the same the next day.

Quite to the contrary, the work-at-home schedule of the woman begins with the waking up at the 7 am time, an hour earlier than her husband. Then she is required to clean the house, make and cook breakfast, and respond to e-mails and cook lunch, even between professional calls. She also has the duties of opening the door to the mailman, delivering water-cans or delivering boys and taking calls of her parents/in-laws, as well as planning the following day meals in addition to working round the clock.

Even at evening, when she is tired, she needs to prepare a meal. She can manage a quick workout before going to bed only in case there is time.
Only if there’s time, she’s able to “squeeze in a quick workout" before collapsing into bed. “His WFH: deep work, clear boundaries, structured day. My WFH: a juggling act of office work + invisible labour + mental load… This is the reality for so many women…especially after marriage," she wrote.
Internet Supports Woman’s Opinion On WFH Gender Disparity
The internet agreed with her stance. “You’ve said it quite clearly," lauded a user. “It’s no wonder they’re more productive, fitter and have a social life," chimed in another. “Why don’t you ask your husband to share some of the housework?" asked an individual.
