Mumbai’s Costliest Celebrity Home Worth ₹250 Cr, Beats SRK’s Mannat, Amitabh’s Jalsa & Salman’s Galaxy

A number of years ago, Mannat and Jalsa (the homes of Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan respectively) have been Mumbai landmarks. The bungalows are famous because of the sensational celebrities that stay within them and also the soaring prices of the property. Mannat is directly opposite the Bandra Bandstand, an ideal place. In the same vein, Jalsa is situated at the centre of a posh location of Juhu. However, both of these are not the most expensive home of a celebrity in Mumbai. That crown is on the crown of two younger actors, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt.

Most expensive celebrity house in Mumbai

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt are finally about to shift into their new residence which was being constructed over several years. The multistorey new home is now finished and the couple plus their daughter, Raha, will soon call their new house, a forever residence. The house is set in the area of Bandra where a famous Krishna Raj bungalow of Raj Kapoor used to be. Ranbir and his family paid 250 crores twice the money the house cost. Soon Ranbir and Alia will shift to this location, as well as his mother, actress Neetu Kapoor.

The hoe of Ranbir-Alia, Mannat and Jalsa

Jalsa, the bungalow of Amitabh Bachchan is reportedly worth 120 crore. It had been the most costly celebrity house in Mumbai (then Bombay) during the many years, before Shah Rukh Khan put Mannat to the record. The heritage bungalow in Bandra had been estimated as 10 years ago at about 200 crore. But it is not in fact valued now and it has never been re-valued. This eradicates Ranbir and Alia to have the most expensive celebrity house in Mumbai.

They are however, very far off the overall record. The most costly house by any actor in India is not only in Mumbai. It is the 800 crores Pataudi Palace in Haryana, the ancestral home of the Nawab of Pataudi now owned by Saif Ali Khan and his kin.
