Father-Son Duo Commit Suicide on Train Track: Father and son gave their lives by committing suicide on the railway tracks when a local train was passing by. The CCTV footage that captured the father and son went viral on the Internet.

The incident took place at the Bhayandar railway station which is in Palghar district in Maharastra.

The CCTV footage showed that both the father and the son were wandering at the Bhayandar railway station when a local train was seen arriving on the other line of the platform.

Then, both the Father and son got off the platform, walked towards the other railway line and lay down on the tracks. Soon after their body was crushed by the local train.

However, the local train driver saw both of them coming towards the train and did his best to stop the train but couldn’t make it on time.

Police, ambulance and railways staff arrived at the incident spot immediately and the bodies were sent for autopsy.

As per the reports from the police, the incident took place at 11:20 am on Monday. The CCTV footage also revealed that both the father and son were having conversations with each other before getting off the platform.

The reports further stated that the father was 60 years old and the son was 35 years old, both the father and son were from Nalasopara which is situated in the Palghar district of Maharashtra.

An FIR was filed by the railway police and an investigation is still on to find their family members. However, no updates have been reported so far.

These types of cases are very often in the Palghar district, recently a 23-year-old woman from Palghar killed her 4-year-old daughter and then committed suicide.
