Joe Biden Speaks at NATO Summit: Joe Biden gave a speech at NATO’s annual summit on July 9, Tuesday, where he was caught speaking directly from teleprompters.
The NATO’s annual summit was held in Washington DC, United States, and was attended by Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary-General, and the leaders of other NATO countries.
At NATO’s annual summit, Joe Biden spoke on providing new air defense for Ukraine and gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Jens Stoltenberg, the alliance's secretary-general.

While giving his speech, Joe Biden stuttered in between his speeches and even struggled to spell the word "Ukraine."
Joe Biden was under a lot of pressure as the whole world was watching him and recently during the debate with Donald Trump, he performed very badly.
CNN reported that Biden even made another mistake when he was giving Jens Stoltenberg the Medal of Freedom, by mistake he read stage instructions directly from the teleprompters without even recognizing it.

During his speech, Joe Biden said that Putin will not top his aggression over Ukraine, he wants to take away Ukraine's freedom, destroy Ukraine's culture, and erase Ukraine from the map.
Joe Biden then announced that he planned to send Ukraine new air defenses with the help of other NATO countries such as Germany, Italy, Romania, and the Netherlands who all decided to supply Ukraine with Patriot batteries and other air defenses.
Biden also said, “The United States will make sure that when we export critical air defense interceptors, Ukraine goes to the front of the line. They will get this assistance before anyone else gets it.”

Previously the United States noted that it also plans to provide support to Israel to intercept drone attacks on Kyiv.
Joe Biden further added, “The war will end with Ukraine remaining a free and independent country. Russia will not prevail. Ukraine will prevail.”
The US President Joe Biden also added, “All we allies knew before this war Putin thought NATO would break. Today, NATO is stronger than its ever been in its history.”
Joe Biden concluded his speech by offering Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary-General the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
However, there have been several questions about Joe Biden's mental and physical health after performing badly in the debate against Donald Trump and his party wants to make sure that Biden is fit before electing him.
