CBI files chargesheet against former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav in the land for job scam case. Actually, this scam is of Lalu Yadav's railway minister in the UPA-1 government. The CBI has registered an FIR in this case on May 18 this year. In this FIR, four people of his family including Lalu Yadav have been made accused.

This recruitment scam is from the time between 2004 and 2009. It is alleged that when Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister, he had taken land and plots in lieu of getting jobs. In this case, the CBI has arrested Bhola Yadav, a close aide of Lalu Yadav. From 2004 to 2009, when Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister. Then Bhola Yadav was his OSD.

According to CBI, Bhola is the kingpin of this scam. During Lalu Yadav's tenure as Railway Minister from 2004 to 2009, Bhola Yadav was questioned for several rounds in Delhi in the last few days in connection with the scam of writing land in lieu of jobs in the Railways. After this he was arrested.
