Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, Union Ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Sanjay Seth, BJP Jharkhand President Babulal Marandi were present at the event.

At the launch, Babulal Marandi emphasised the party’s track record in Jharkhand, saying, “Whenever BJP has formed the government in Jharkhand, development work has been done in the state. Whenever JMM has formed government, they have done nothing for the state and have only developed their family. They looted Jharkhand for 5 years and did not fulfill any promise. People have made up their mind to form NDA government this time.”
BJP spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo explained the focus areas of the manifesto, it will cater to all sections of Jharkhand, farmers, women, youth and will cover infrastructure development. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said the Sankalp Patra has 150 resolutions for the growth of the state.
Earlier Babulal Marandi had released the ‘Panch Pran’ in the presence of Union ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Annapurna Devi and Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma.
As per the ‘Panch Pran’ households in the state will be able to buy LPG gas cylinders at Rs 500. Two cylinders will be given free of cost in a year.

Besides this 2.87 lakh vacant posts in government departments will be filled. The process will start after the first cabinet meeting and by November 2025 1.5 lakh posts will be filled as per the ‘five vows’.
The party will give financial assistance of Rs 2,000 to graduate and postgraduate students for two years so that they can prepare for competitive exams.
The BJP will launch ‘Gogo-Didi’ scheme to empower women and under this scheme women will get Rs 2,100 per month. Housing for all is also in the party manifesto.
Elections to 81 member assembly will be held in two phases on November 13 and 20 and votes will be counted on November 23.
In the previous election JMM got 30 seats, BJP and Congress got 25 and 16 seats respectively.
