Viral Video: Two Men Carry Camel on Motorcycle, Sparks Outrage Online

Viral Video: A video of a camel on a motorcycle has gone viral on social media and people are shocked and appalled. The clip on X shows two men balancing the camel on their bike as they ride down a busy road.

Camels are known for being able to surviving extreme temperatures and are used for transportation in desert areas. But a camel on a motorcycle is unusual and disturbing. In the video the camel is heard grunting as its legs are cruelly folded and tied, and people are immediately concerned.

We don’t know where this happened but the Arabic signs in the background suggest it’s in a Middle Eastern country.

Social media backlash

The video has ignited a wave of criticism online, with users condemning the act as blatant animal cruelty. One viewer expressed disgust, stating, “This is pure torture. How can someone be so heartless?” Another commented on the apparent disregard for the camel’s suffering, calling for stricter enforcement of animal protection laws. A third person wrote, “This is shocking and unacceptable. Animals are not objects to be treated this way.”

Many users called for the men to be held accountable, with one adding, “Such acts should not go unpunished. This is a violation of basic decency and animal rights.”

Animal cruelty again

The camel’s suffering isn’t the only recent case of animal abuse to make the headlines. In another incident an actor in Odisha, India was arrested for violating the Wildlife Protection Act. The actor who was playing a demon in a stage production of the Ramayana allegedly ripped open a pig’s stomach and ate its raw meat on stage. The audience and animal activists were horrified.

These cases prove we need to do more to protect animals from such cruelty.
