This happened when a young man was reported to have been shot by an Israeli sniper as he was live-streaming at the Gaza port in a scene that shocked many on social media when it was recorded live. Video of the attack became a viral picture on social media and triggered general outrage in the world demanding an end to the Middle East war immediately.
One can see a man (not shown on the face) walking and filming the port and he is shot by a bullet and falls on the ground apparently due to the damage.

The camera keeps on rolling and the blood is dripping out of the body of the man and locals around his side go to his rescue. According to the reported, the incident happened at the time when the active shelling at the Gaza port was delayed, in the video one can see that it was rather quiet before the shot was fired.
Based on what was seen in the video, the man appeared completely unarmed and no threat at all when targeted.
Limited information about the shooting and the identity of the dead person is available, but the event managed to revive the issues about the targeting of civilians, and more specifically, journalists and content creators, in conflict regions.

Israel-Hamas war
Meanwhile, no fewer than 20 people were killed in Gaza by Palestinian health officials on Tuesday, saying they had been attacked by Israel. This because Israel resumed with a newcomer incursion in a region that had heretofore largely been spared of severe fighting during the 21-month war.
The ground attack by Israel is expanding where Israel and Hamas have been holding talks on ceasefire in Gaza, which temporarily would halt the battle and free at least some of the hostages.

The other 50 hostages in Gaza are believed to be alive with less than half.
Meanwhile, the Trump administration has been pressuring Israel to end the war and it has been showing signs of impatience.
Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary of President Donald Trump, said that he was taken by surprise with an Israeli recent attack on a Catholic church in Gaza.
