Ola Electric Mobility Ltd

On Monday, the company's one-month share lock-in ends. Today marks one month since Ola Electric went public. A report from Nuvama Alternative and Quantitative Research says that as many as 18.18 crore shares of the company, or 4% of its outstanding stock, will be able to trade after the one-month shareholder lock-in ends today.

Mazagon Dock

The Mazagon Dock received the subsea pipeline repair project worth Rs 1,486 crore from the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The project will be executed by February 26, 2026, on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) repayment basis.

SpiceJet

The company is planning to issue shares to Carlyle Aviation as part of a deal to turn its debts into stock. SpiceJet owns $137.68 million to Carlyle Aviation and now to deal with its debt, the company is issuing its stocks to Carlyle Aviation.

According to the restructuring agreement, Carlyle Aviation's debt of $40 million will be paid off by offering equity shares and the total Spicejet debt will be reduced from $137.68 million to $97.51 million.

Hindustan Unilever

The company announced that it would be forming an independent committee to focus on the growth of its ice cream business.

Adani Group

The company has set up Adani Energy Resources (Shanghai) Co. in Shanghai to assist with project management and supply chain issues in the country.

Suven Pharma

USFDA inspection reports in EIR for Casper Pharma's manufacturing site in Hyderabad. The inspection has been clarified as Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) and now has been closed. From July 8 to July 12, the facility was inspected.

Granules India

The pharmaceutical manufacturing company reported that the USFDA inspection for the Gagilapur facility has been finished with six observations.
