AU Small Finance Bank
The Public lender reported that its net interest income (NII) went up by 58% YoY to Rs 1,974 crore in Q2 FY25. The company’s net profit also increased by 42.2% YoY to Rs 571 crore and the gross NPA went up to 1.98 % against 1.78% in a year ago period.
Dr Lal PathLabs
The company reported that consolidated revenue hiked by 9.8% YoY to Rs 660 crore in Q2FY25. The company’s EBITDA also went up by 14% YoY to Rs 202.50 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 30.7%.
The company’s Net profit also went up by 18% YoY to Rs 130.80 crore.
Piramal Pharma
The pharmaceutical company reported that consolidated revenue increased by 17% YoY to Rs 2,242 crore in the second quarter of FY25 and EBITDA grew by 29% YoY to Rs 342 crore. The company’s net profit also increased to Rs 23 crore.

Escorts Kubota
The Indian multinational conglomerate reported that it has agreed to a Business Transfer Agreement with Sona BLW Precision Forgings (Sona Comstar) to transfer its existing railway equipment business division (RED) as a going concern in a slump sale for Rs 1,600 crore.
TVS Motor Company
On Wednesday, the company reported that its consolidated net profit went up by 41.4% to Rs 588.13 crore in the second quarter ending September 30, 2024 because of record sales.
The company’s revenue from operations also grew to Rs 11,301.68 crore as against Rs 9,932.82 crore in the year-ago period.
MAS Financial Services
The non-banking financial company reported that its net profit went up by 27.6% year over year to Rs 76.6 crore and the total income also increased by 23.8% year over year to Rs 367 crore.
KEC International
The company reported that it has secured a deal worth Rs 1,142 crore for transmission and distribution projects in the Middle East and America.
