Indus Towers
The Telecom infrastructure company reported that the company made a net profit of in the second quarter that ended September 30, 2024 Rs 2,223.5 crore compared to Rs 1,294.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company also reported that the revenue from operations went up by 4.7% to Rs 7,465.3 crore against Rs 7,132.5 crore in the year-ago period.
Adani Green
The renewable energy company reported that its consolidated revenue increased by 38% year over year to Rs 3,055 crore, EBITDA rose by 30% to Rs 2,205 crore, and net profit increased by 39% to Rs 515 crore.
Zomato
The food aggregator company reported that its consolidated revenue increased by 68.5% and its net profit jumped by 388.18% to Rs 176 crore. Zomato has also agreed to raise funds up to Rs 8,500 crore via QIP.
RITES
The Engineering company reported the Karnataka Mining Environment Restoration Corporation (KMERC) has changed the project management consultancy (PMC) contract to a turnkey contract.
The project consists of the construction of two railway private freight terminals (PFTs) under the Comprehensive Environment Plan for Mining Impact Zone (CEPMIZ) for KMERC at Dharmapura and Susheel Nagar in Ballari District.

Reliance Infrastructure
The utility company and infrastructure developer plans to build India's biggest integrated project for the manufacturing of explosives, ammunition, and small arms in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.
This project is backed by its subsidiary Reliance Defence Ltd and will be built under the Dhirubhai Ambani Defence City (DADC) in the Watad Industrial Area, spanning 1,000 acres.
RailTel Corp
The company said that it had received a work order worth Rs 36.8 crore from South Eastern Railway. This order calls for the provision of an electronic interlocking system and both indoor and outdoor signaling arrangements.
Amber Enterprises
The consumer durable manufacturer and HVAC solution provider reported that its consolidated revenue went up by 81.7% year-on-year at Rs 1,685 crore whereas its net profit was around Rs 21 crore after a loss of Rs 5.7 crore.
