Power Grid
The public sector enterprise reported an increase in net profit by 0.3% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 3,793 crore for the second quarter that ended on September 30. In the same period of the previous year, the company made a net profit of Rs 3,781 crore.
Chambal Fertilisers
Indian agrochemicals manufacturing company reported a hike in net profit by 40.8% to Rs 536.4 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2024 compared to net profit of Rs 381 crore in the same period of the previous year.
Gujarat Gas
The Indian natural gas distribution company reported that its compressed natural gas (CNG) volumes went up to 2.93 million metric standard cubic meters per day (mmscmd) compared to a 12% growth in the same period last year.
For the quarter, the revenue increased to Rs 3,949 crore against Rs 3,991 crore in a year ago period.
Apollo Hospitals
The company’s net profit increased by 59% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 395.7 crore for the second quarter that ended on September 30, 2024 against Rs 249 crore in a year ago period.
Kansai Nerolac Paints
The company reported a decrease in net profit of Rs 130 crore from Rs 180 crore in the year ago period. The company’s revenue stood at Rs 1,860 crore from Rs 1,845 crore Y-o-Y while the EBITDA went down to Rs 215 crore against Rs 270 crore Y-o-Y.
JK Lakshmi Cement
The cement manufacturer and supplier company reported a net loss of Rs 13.9 crore against a profit of Rs 92.7 crore. The company’s revenue went down to Rs 1,230 crore from Rs 1,570 crore Y-o-Y with EBITDA falling to Rs 97.6 crore.
