The cement manufacturer company reported that its net profit increased by 74.7% to Rs 25.6 crore for the second quarter compared to a net profit of Rs 101.3 crore in a year ago period.
Hindalco
The metals company reported an increase in its net profit of 78% to Rs 3,909 crore compared to Rs 2,196 crore a year ago period. The company’s revenue went up by 7.4% to Rs 58,203 crore against Rs 54,169 crore in the same period previous year.
Britannia
The Indian biscuit manufacturer reported that its net profit went down by 9.6% to Rs 531.5 crore in the second quarter against Rs 587.59 crore a year ago period.
The company’s revenue went up by 5.1% to Rs 4,713.6 crore compared to Rs 4,485.23 crore in the same quarter the previous year.
ONGC
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) standalone profit by 17% to Rs 11,984 crore in the second quarter that ended September 30 against Rs 10,238.1 crore a year ago period.
Ambuja Cement
The company reported the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of the majority stake of Rs 8,100 crore in Orient Cement.
HealthCare Global Enterprises
The company's diagnostic division Triesta has been sold to its subsidiary, HCG Nagpur Cancer Hospital, and Research Institute Oncology. The deal is valued at Rs 135 crore and will be done by December 1.
IRFC
The public limited company reported it has raised Rs 1,415 crore by issuing bonds with a maturity of 15 years at a coupon rate of 7.14%.
