LIC
The leading insurance company reported that its net profit went up by 10% to Rs 10,461 crore in the June quarter. In the corresponding quarter, last year the company made a net profit of Rs 9,544 crore.
The insurance company's total income hiked to Rs 2,10,910 crore from Rs 1,88,749 crore in the June quarter last year.
Eicher Motors
The automotive company reported that its net profit for the first quarter went up by 20% year-on-year to Rs 1,101.5 crore from Rs 918 crore last year in the same quarter.
The company’s revenue also increased by 10.2% to Rs 4,393.1 crore against Rs 3,086.4 crore in the same period last year.
Biocon
The biopharmaceutical company reported that its net profit rose by 550.6 % to Rs 659.7 crore in the June quarter compared to Rs 101.4 crore in the same period last year.
Biocon revenue rose by 0.3% to Rs 3,432.9 crore while other incomes also hiked to Rs 1,134.5 crore.

Sobha
Sobha reported that its net profit dropped by 49.8% to Rs 6.1 crore in the June quarter from Rs 12.05 crore last year in the same period.
The company revenue also dropped by Rs 49.8 crore against Rsc640.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Oil India
The oil company reported that its consolidated net profit for the April-June quarter dropped by 27.7% For the June quarter, the company made Rs 1,466.8 crore, down from Rs 2,028.8 crore in the previous period last year.
Nexus Select Trust
Nexus Select Trust reported that the Blackstone Group is expected to sell a 21.8% stake in Nexus Select Trust REIT through a block deal, the deal is worth Rs 4,455 crore.

Birla Corporation
MP Birla reported that its net profit went down by 45% to Rs 33 crore in the first quarter from 60 crore in the same period a year ago.
The company revenue during the June period also dropped by 8.9% to Rs 2,207 crore from Rs 2,423 crore a year ago.
Utkarsh SFB
Utkarsh SFB reported that the Reserve Bank of India has accepted an increase in authorized capital from Rs 1,500 crore to Rs 2,000 crore.
IRCON International
The construction company reported that its net profit went up by 19.6% to Rs 224 crore from 187.4 crore a year ago period. The company revenue also dropped by 17.2% to Rs 2,287.1 crore.
