Gold and Silver Rates Today On August 9: After a drop in gold prices last day, the gold rates today in India have remained stable.

On August 9, the 22-carat gold is priced at Rs 63,500 per 10 grams while the 24-carat gold is valued at Rs 69,270 per 10 grams.

Yesterday’s 22-carat gold price was priced at Rs 63,500 per 10 grams and the gold rate for 24-carat was valued at Rs 69,270 per 10 grams.

Meanwhile, the gold rates per gram stand at Rs 6,349 for 22-carat gold and the gold rate for 24-carat gold is Rs 6,926 per gram.

On August 9, the silver rates today in India stood at Rs 82,000 per kilogram, the price of silver has remained unchanged in the last 24 hours.

In the MCX, the gold contracts maturing on October 2024 were trading at Rs 69,700 per 10 gm, the price went up by Rs 735.

Meanwhile, the silver futures contracts maturing on September 2024 were trading with a massive hike of Rs 1650 at Rs 80,550 per kilogram.

In Delhi, the gold rate for 22-carat stands at Rs 63,650 per 10 grams while the gold rate for 24-carat today costs Rs 69,420 per 10 grams.

In Mumbai, the gold price for 22-carat per 20 grams costs Rs 63,500 and the 24-carat gold rate today in India costs Rs 69,270 per 10 grams.

However, the last massive drop in gold and silver rates was recorded after the announcement of the Union Budget which reduced the excise duty tax on gold and silver from 15% to 6%.
