P&G Hygiene
The FMCG company reported that it made a net profit of Rs 81.06 crore during the June quarter. The net profit has declined by 46.4% compared to the year-ago period.
The company revenue rose by 9.3% to Rs 931.8 crore in the first quarter against a year-ago period. The board issued a final dividend of Rs 95 for each share.
Vedanta
The company reported that a meeting will be held on September 2 which will be attended by the boards of the company to discuss and approve any third interim dividends on equity shares for the fiscal year 2024–25.
Zomato
The leading food delivery company has announced “Zomato for Enterprise” (ZFE) which is a type of platform for businesses to manage their food expenses.
However, this is a big step taken by the CEO Deepinder Goyal as they plan to diversify.
PB Fintech
According to the media reports, Tencent Cloud Europe is expected to sell 9.7 million shares, or 2.1% of the company on August 29 through block deals. CNBC-TV 18 reported that the floor price of the shares is Rs 1,660.2 per share at a 4.5% discount to CMP.

National Aluminium Company
As per the exchange filing, Khanij Bidesh India Ltd. (KABIL) and Oil India have agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at NALCO’s corporate headquarters in Bhubaneswar on August 28.
NLC India
The company reported that under the central public sector undertaking plan, the company has agreed to a 25-year deal with Telangana state discoms to use 200 MW of solar energy.
Sonata
The company reported that it has secured a multi-million dollar IT deal from a US-based premier healthcare and wellness company. This deal focuses on improving IT budgets and the latest technology landscape.
