The company reported that the Karnataka High Court has issued a temporary hold on a ₹378-crore GST demand order.

The decision issued by the court was after the company filed a writ case on August 20, questioning whether the GST demand order from the Department of Goods and Service Tax, Bengaluru was legal and valid.

Wipro

The company said that it has extended its partnership with Dell Technologies to include Dell AI Factory in Wipro's Enterprise AI-Ready platform. The motive is to reduce costs and increase AI adoption.

ICICI Prudential

The company reported that it has received a tax bill of Rs 429.05 crore from the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra.

The bill includes Rs 208.02 crore in GST, Rs 200.22 crore in interest, and Rs 20.80 crore in fines that need to be paid.

Airtel

Sources report that the company will depart the music business and shut down its Wynk Music app, the company will take on all the Wynk Music employees.

A source said, “Airtel is planning to close Wynk Music in the next couple of months. It will absorb all the employees into the company.”

Zydus Lifesciences

The USFDA has given its final approval for Amantadine extended-release pills of 68.5 mg and indefinite approval for 137 mg.

The approval signifies that the 180 days of market exclusivity for the 68.5 mg capsules.
