Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the CoWin Global Conclave.
The virtual conclave will be inaugurated by Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan. Foreign Secretary H V Shringla, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan, and Sharma are among those set to speak at the occasion.

The National Health Authority (NHA) said on Sunday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak at the CoWIN Global Conclave on Monday, as India offers CoWIN as a digital platform to other countries to combat the COVID-19 epidemic.
Dr. R S Sharma, the CEO of NHA, has stated that almost 50 nations, including Canada, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, and Uganda, have expressed interest in using Cowin, a digital platform, to organize their vaccination efforts, and that India is willing to provide the open-source software for free. The virtual meeting will begin at 3 p.m. EST today, with health and technology experts from around the world participating.
CoWIN was designed in India as the country's central IT system for planning, executing, monitoring, and assessing Covid-19 immunization. Many nations have expressed interest in leveraging the 'tech backbone of India's Vaccination Drive,' according to the NHA website, and India is eager to join hands with the rest of the globe to defeat Covid-19 via Co-WIN.
The virtual conclave is a collaboration between the Union ministries of health, external affairs, and the National Health Authority. PM Modi has ordered that an open-source version of the platform be developed and made available to any country that requests it for free.
“We are elated to announce that Hon’ble PM @narendramodi would be sharing his thoughts on #CoWINGlobalConclave as India offers #CoWIN as a digital public good to the world to combat #COVID19. Join #CoWINGlobalConclave on July 5, 1500 hrs (IST). Reg on: http://nha.gov.in” NHA tweeted.
