Recently, several cases of Swine flu were reported in Assam, also reports from the Hindustan Times said that a 4-month-old baby died in Assam’s Silchar Medical College due to the H1N1 virus.

Also, reports of cases were found in the Cachar district and in Hailakandi district. The state health departments warn the people in the area to take precautions beforehand to avoid the H1N1 virus outbreak.

Symptoms

If you are infected with swine flu, you will have a high fever of over 100 degrees Celsius.

• Along with the high fever you will get intense headaches.
• You will have a swollen glans and you will cough like hell.
• You will feel cold and sweat a lot.
• You will have breathing issues.
• You will feel weak and also get intense body pain.

Treatment

Swine Flu can be treated by antiviral medicines such as oseltamivir or zanamivir but it is recommended to consult with a doctor first.
